Chase is run
by a core team of three TV professionals who have worked together
for nearly a decade:
Peter Drew, Katie Porter and Rosemary Ricketts
All three are
project managers, as well as working in their professional specialisms,
who pull together the right team for the job in hand from a pool
of technicians and creatives with whom they have longstanding
collaboration.
PETER
DREW
Director & Account
Manager
Peter's career has encompassed many aspects of the TV and video
industry since starting as an assistant film editor in the mid
70's. He later moved on to become a lighting cameraman working
on corporate and broadcast projects including latterly highly
sensitive military contracts, shooting in Iraq during the Iran/Iraq
war and in Kuwait during "Desert Storm"
During his 24
years in television and through his well-established contacts
with equipment manufacturers, suppliers, facilities executives
and production companies, Peter has kept abreast of technological
developments. He was responsible for equipment purchase and systems
upgrading at a Soho facility house for several years, and has
organised a range of projects including worldwide satellite links
and multi-camera broadcasts.
ROSEMARY
RICKETTS
Producer and Production
Manager
Rosie started in the TV industry in 1987 and has production managed
and co-produced numerous video and television projects, as well
as seeking and developing broadcast commissions through Chase
affiliate, Wild Rose Television.
Previously she
worked in the Arts (including EMI Music, The Edinburgh International
Festival and The Philharmonia Orchestra) in administration and
event management, co-ordinating conferences, orchestral tours
and Festival events.
As the first
point of call at a TV facility for many years, Rosie has an instinctive
understanding of clients and their needs. She has nurtured a
large network of industry contacts, including production executives,
TV broadcasters and freelance directors, film crews and editors,
providing a broad base of talent on which to draw.
KATIE PORTER
Account Manager &
Project Manager
Katie is an administrator and organiser "par excellence"
with 7 years history behind her of running Bookings and Account
Management at a London TV company and previously working for
the broadcaster, BSkyB.
She has built
up an enviable network of relationships with specialist suppliers
throughout the industry, enabling her to pull in any kind of
equipment, prop, technician, location, production service or
creative for any kind of project.
Her knowledge
of the industry ensures that any project remains on budget by
obtaining the best rates and deals available.
Our
